Vintage Copper Planter
A lovely and quirky copper planter with a gorgeous verdigris finish.
This aged copper planter was created from the top of a redundant vintage garden sprayer! You can clearly see the mark of its original manufacturer (Vermorel, a French engineering business which ran until 1965). The sprayer has been repurposed as an unusual planter, which would look wonderful either indoors or out.
It has clearly spent much of its life outside, as it's developed the most beautiful and vivid verdigris finish. Weathered copper forms this distinctive natural patina, which is a much sought-after effect.
French, circa 1930s (original sprayer).
