Arras Plantsman's Stand

A 19th-century quarter arras plant stand which is likely to have been part of a much larger circular piece. This plant stand was made by the manufacturer Grassin Baledans of Arras in Northern France from half round hollow wrought iron it is in original condition. It would have probably been used by a plantsman in the greenhouse. The stand can be used to make a truly wonderful display on the patio or as a garden centrepiece. Part of Violet Grey's range of decorative items.
